Campaign Package

Training Package

Individual Services
Each service fee can be by the hour or on retainer depending on the scope of work and length of consulting relationship! We can discuss during our consultation!

Oversee Field Strategies
Advise on hiring of field director/field consultant. Advise on field strategy. Work with field director/field consultant on field strategy. Oversee field consultants management of field and data. Keep CLIENT updated on field progress. Canvassing numbers, Phone banking numbers, text banking numbers, campaign events intake.

Campaign Digital Organizer
Advise on digital organizing campaign/plan. Advise on paid communications program. Place Social Media digital ads.

Create Campaign Budget
Create a detailed campaign budget that includes: Operational budget – Staff and consultants salaries and fees, technology needs, office space, office needs, etc. Field budget – Include number of passes/touches, number of canvassers/volunteers needed for field plan, etc. Communications budget – Include cost for literature, mailers, radio ads, billboards, and digital ads on social media platforms. etc,.

Training
Training on Movement tools. Example; VAN, PDI, Canvassing, Phone Banking, and Peer To Peer Texting tools.
Volunteer management, recruitment, and activity. Building campaign office, and creating campaign culture. etc.,

Campaign Data Director
Data is one of the most important and powerful ways we support grassroots organizing and social change in the states. The Data Director is a key leadership position guiding shared strategy for a diverse set of partners. The person in this position is responsible for providing data-driven recommendations to inform collective planning, field targeting, and opportunities to strengthen data integrity across multiple partner programs.

Keep CLIENT updated on the overall campaign budget Work with finance department to maintain budget.
